Nova Eight — bookkeeping and business support for small companies and self-employed clients in the UK.
Challenge
Nova Eight needed a first professional online presence that would:
- explain services and monthly packages in clear language;
- support three working languages (EN / RU / LV);
- collect enquiries via forms, WhatsApp and email;
- look trustworthy on both mobile and desktop.
Previously the business relied on documents and ad-hoc messages — there was no central, structured website.
Solution
I designed and built a compact service website focused on clarity and trust:
- three-language structure (EN / RU / LV) with aligned content;
- service packages with prices and bullet-point inclusions;
- separate sections for bookkeeping, payroll and business support;
- multiple contact channels: form, WhatsApp, email;
- basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, clean URLs).
The project uses a modern stack (Next.js + Tailwind) and is ready to be extended or connected to a Django/DRF backend later.
Result
The business received a structured, easy-to-navigate website that:
- clearly presents services and pricing;
- supports the languages used in day-to-day client communication;
- makes it simpler for prospects to get in touch quickly.
The website now works as the main entry point for new enquiries instead of scattered files and one-off conversations.
