Here’s what’s included in every project, and the setup options that help your website run smoothly from day one.

Project scope

  • Compact, clearly scoped projects: landing pages, business websites up to 5–7 pages, and simple integrations.
  • Small one-off fixes are not offered as standalone work.
  • If needed, 1–2 additional pages can be added to an existing package and priced separately.
  • Large-scale platforms and full e-commerce builds are outside my current scope.

    Exact pricing depends on logic and integrations.
  • Custom integrations & APIs — quoted individually.
    Examples: sending leads to a CRM, connecting external services or building simple dashboards.

Support & care

Every project includes basic post-launch support, with optional care plans for clients who want ongoing help.

  • Included with every project: up to 1 month of post-launch support for small fixes and stability.
  • Hourly rate after launch: £50/hour (minimum 2 hours) — suitable for occasional updates and small follow-up work.
  • Simple monthly care plan (optional): from £90/month (up to 60 minutes/month, then £50/hour) for small content changes, basic checks and light maintenance.

Payment terms

Most projects follow a simple 35% / 35% / 30% payment structure:

  • 35% — to start the project (booking the slot, planning and initial setup).
  • 35% — near completion, when the main structure and core pages are ready.
  • 30% — after final approval and testing, before the website goes live.

Exact milestones are always described in the proposal before work begins.
