Client
Family Hub Café — a family-friendly café and community space in Lagos, Portugal.
Challenge
The owners needed a website that would:
- show what the space feels like before families visit;
- explain how the café, play area and events work together;
- clearly list opening hours and pricing for adults and children;
- answer common questions about rules, bookings and birthday parties;
- provide location and contact details in one place.
Previously, most information was spread across social media posts and direct messages, which made it harder to keep everything consistent and easy to find.
Solution
I created a single-page website structured around real visitor questions:
- sections **Eat**, **Play**, **Connect**, **Parties**, **FAQ**, **Contact**;
- photo blocks to show the interior, play area and community events;
- clear opening hours and pricing tables;
- a dedicated parties section with what is included and how to book;
- contact details with map, phone, email and social links.
The tone of the site stays warm and family-friendly, while the structure remains practical for parents planning a visit.
Result
The website now acts as a central source of information:
- new visitors quickly understand the space, pricing and format;
- returning guests use the site to check hours, events and contact details;
- many common first questions are answered directly in the FAQ section.
This reduces back-and-forth in private messages and gives the business a clearer and more consistent online presence.
